Entropia Universe makes stellar graphics upgrade

Sci-Fi virtual world Entropia has just improved the graphics quality of avatar appearance.

The upgrade is aiming to being greater realism with higher definition textures, reflective surfaces and redesigned clothing.

Does this make a difference?

Certainly. Virtual world residents in older age groups appreciate better avatar presentation a great deal more than younger participants. Younger worlds such as Club Penguin and Whyville typically have more cartoon-based graphics as for the audience that’s fine because they’re not looking for realism, they’re in-world to play and learn.
